These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Legal Terms") govern your access to and use of the GrowUp website, platform, services, training, work opportunities and other related services provided by us (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, registering on, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using our Services.

GrowUp provides digital work opportunities, training, onboarding, promotional/marketing-related services, telecalling-related opportunities, account/KYC assistance and other business or support services as may be offered through the platform from time to time.

The nature, availability and scope of work may vary depending on the applicable campaign, project, partner requirements and business conditions.

GrowUp reserves the right to modify, add, suspend or discontinue any service, campaign, work opportunity or feature at any time.

Certain Services may require registration or submission of personal information.

You are responsible for providing correct information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, if applicable.

You must not create accounts using false identities or another person's information without proper authorization.

GrowUp may suspend or terminate an account if misuse, fraud, unauthorized activity or violation of these Terms is identified.

Where GrowUp provides training, onboarding, work instructions, leads, data, campaigns or other work-related resources, users agree to follow the applicable process and guidelines communicated by GrowUp.

Completion of training or registration does not automatically guarantee employment, fixed income, work allocation or a specific number of leads/accounts.

Work allocation, campaign availability and performance requirements may depend on the requirements of GrowUp and its business partners.

Where any payout, incentive, commission or other payment is applicable, it will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant work, campaign or project.

Payments may depend on successful completion, verification, quality requirements, approval by the relevant partner/client and compliance with the applicable process.

GrowUp reserves the right to withhold, adjust or reject a payout where fraudulent activity, duplicate submissions, invalid information, policy violations or other non-compliance is identified.

Any applicable taxes or statutory deductions will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

All website content, including GrowUp's name, logo, branding, text, graphics, designs, training material, software, documents and other proprietary content, belongs to or is lawfully used by GrowUp unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish or commercially exploit GrowUp's intellectual property without prior written permission.

Users may receive access to business information, customer information, leads, campaign information, training material or other confidential information.

Such information must be used only for the authorized purpose and must not be disclosed, sold, shared or misused.

GrowUp does not guarantee any particular income, employment, number of leads, account openings, business results or financial outcome from using the Services.

Any results may vary depending on individual performance, campaign requirements, market conditions and other factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowUp and its partners, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the applicable registered place of business of GrowUp, subject to applicable law.

GrowUp may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

The revised version will be published on the website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By using the website, submitting an online form, registering an account, clicking an acceptance button or otherwise interacting electronically with GrowUp, you consent to receive communications electronically.

Electronic records, acknowledgements and acceptances may be treated as valid records to the extent permitted by applicable law.
